Made totally at ease by the staff,was very confident that my pet was in good hands. It was an emergency appointment and I was very pleased that they managed to see us within an hour of my calling and explaining the situation. They did everything possible to keep my pet comfortable and not stress her out. She went for surgery the next morning,and I only wish that I could get such care if I was I'll and had to get surgery. The people at Colborne Veterinary Clinic at #1 in our books.

I waited an hour at another local vet clinic and finally gave up on my appointment. I called this clinic and explained I needed by dogs shots done and I also have a super tight timeline. They got me in literally right then! I may have gotten lucky with the timing but they were all so great! Awesome front end staff, vet tech and the vet himself. Gained a new patient. As Bronx is only 4 months we’ll see you for the next 10 plus years! Thank you so much for today! Next time we won’t be so rushed I promise.

The kind staff at Colborne Veterinary Clinic were fantastic. They did a wonderful job treating my precious chihuahua. We appreciated their genuine concern by calling us everyday to check up on his progress. Thankfully he recovered from his illness. Thanks again ❤️

Colborne staff from front desk to Vet made us and our dog Sammy feel welcomed and comfortable. They explained everything to us and made sure we understood procedures and pricing. Most important we saw how the staff interacted with Sammy and made his visit comfortable for him was truly a great experience. I would recommend Colborne to all pet owners.

The staff are so friendly and caring. I've never felt uncomfortable bringing my pets to this vet or their affiliates. I've also never felt pressured into buying something for my pets that I didn't feel was necessary (upselling). Great place!

My first visit with Colborne Veterinary Clinic was recently when our family dog hurt her paw. They took great care with her injury and the vet and staff were so nice and understanding. I highly recommend this clinic if you need any veterinary services!

As 2 other veterinary clinics in Simcoe one on Queensway and the other on Decor Road told me to find someone else in our hour of need! Colborne Veterinary Clinic was there to take care of and support my baby girl as she was paralyzed and dying. They made her cross over the bridge gentle. Thank you all so very much!
